Most endurance athletes struggle with consistency, not motivation.

You are willing to do the work. The challenge is making the work fit together: training across multiple sessions or disciplines, adding strength, managing fatigue, responding to niggles and keeping the plan moving when life changes.

SEPSA builds one connected system around you. Your coaching reflects your current capacity, event demands, health, injury history, available time and the way you actually respond to training.

Who this is for

Swimmer

Triathletes

Coordinate swim, bike, run, strength and recovery without treating each discipline as a separate plan.

Cyclists

Build event-specific fitness and strength around terrain, volume, work and the demands of repeated training blocks.

Distance runners

Integrate running progression, strength and load decisions from first event through competitive goals.

Open water swimmers

Prepare for endurance, conditions and shoulder capacity with a plan that respects total training stress.

Multisport and adventure athletes

Train for events that combine disciplines, terrain, long duration and unpredictable demands.

Athletes returning from injury

Rebuild training tolerance without losing sight of the event or the qualities required beyond rehabilitation.

What SEPSA integrates

Endurance programming

Training structured around your event, experience, available time and response—not a template copied from someone with a different life.

Strength & conditioning

Focused work to develop force, control and durability without competing unnecessarily with key endurance sessions.

Exercise physiology insight

Health and injury context considered as part of training decisions, with appropriate referral or collaboration when required.

Load & recovery

Regular review of what was completed, how you responded and what should change next.

Human accountability

A coach who notices when the plan is not fitting, helps solve the problem and keeps the next step clear.

Real-life flexibility

A plan that can adapt to work, family, travel, illness, missed sessions and changing access to equipment.

Health and performance are rarely separate pathways.

Generic apps can schedule sessions. They cannot understand the full context behind a missed week, a recurring symptom, a demanding work block or a change in confidence. SEPSA On-The-Go combines app delivery with real Exercise Physiology and coaching judgement.

  • Built around your history, goals, schedule and current capacity
  • The plan changes when your context or response changes
  • Strength, health and rehabilitation considerations are integrated
  • Regular human review, feedback and accountability
  • You have support to interpret the week and choose the next step

FAQs

Common questions we’re asked around referrals.

Is SEPSA On-The-Go a generic training plan?

No. Your program begins with an individual assessment and is built around your event, experience, health, injury history, schedule, equipment and current capacity. It is then reviewed and progressed with human coaching support.

Which endurance sports do you support?

SEPSA commonly works with runners, cyclists, triathletes, open-water swimmers and multisport athletes. Suitability depends less on the label and more on whether SEPSA can appropriately support the demands of your goal.

Is strength training included?

Yes. Strength and conditioning can be built into the overall plan so it supports the endurance work rather than being treated as an unrelated extra.

Can you help if I am managing an injury?

Often, yes. Exercise Physiology and rehabilitation considerations can be integrated when appropriate. Some presentations need in-person assessment, medical review or collaboration with another treating professional before online coaching is the right option.

How often is my program reviewed?

The rhythm of review, communication and feedback depends on the support tier you choose. All tiers should make the next training priorities clear; the comparison page explains the exact inclusions.

Do I need to be an experienced athlete?

No. Coaching can be appropriate for a first event, a return after time away or a competitive performance goal. The program starts from your current capacity, not an assumed level.

What does it cost?

Pricing covers an initial assessment and onboarding period, followed by weekly options depending on the level of support you choose. Current inclusions, pricing and terms are shown on the SEPSA On-The-Go page.

What if I live in Adelaide?

You can still use SEPSA On-The-Go, or combine online programming with in-person Exercise Physiology or Athlete Development where that adds value. The intake process will help determine the best fit.
