SEPSA was built around a simple idea, better outcomes happen when healthcare, performance, and coaching work together.

Our team combines expertise across exercise physiology, sport science, strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, and performance coaching to help people build confidence in movement and achieve long-term progress.Whether your goal is rehabilitation, health, or performance, we’re here to help you find the right path forward.

More than clinicians. More than coaches.

At SEPSA, we don’t believe movement, health, and performance should exist in separate worlds. Our team works across clinical practice, high-performance sport, education, and coaching environments every day. That means the advice you receive is designed to work in real life — not just on paper. What connects us is simple:

  • Evidence-informed practice
  • Human-centred coaching
  • Long-term thinking
  • Building confidence through movement

Exercise physiology team

Chris Rawling

Exercise Physiologist | Sports Scientist | Educator | Performance Coach
Movement has always been at the centre of how I approach health and performance. SEPSA was created from the belief that too many people get forced into boxes, healthcare on one side, performance on the other, when most people actually sit somewhere in between. My goal is to help people build confidence in movement, improve long-term physical capacity, and create sustainable progress that fits real life. Across my work, I combine clinical exercise physiology, sport science, coaching, and education to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance.
