Referrers
Whilst no referral is necessary, SEPSA is pleased to accept a variety of referral types for Exercise Physiology services, dependent on the needs and eligibility of patients.
To refer a client to us, please visit our referrals page, or you can fax any relevant medical information to us on 8232 4266. We will then be in contact with the individual to organise a time for their initial session.
