Who this is built for

Triathletes

Runners
Develop endurance, speed, strength and training capacity towards your next performance goal.
Cyclists
Use structured riding and strength programming to develop fitness, power, endurance and durability.
Multisport athletes
Coordinate multiple training modes without simply piling more sessions into the week.
Masters endurance athletes
Continue training and competing while developing strength, fitness and physical capacity for the long term.
Athletes training for an event
Build training progressively around the specific demands and timeline of your goal event.
Endurance athletes are rarely lack motivation.
The harder problem is knowing how all the pieces should fit together. How much easy training? How much intensity? When should you go long? How should training progress?Where does strength fit? And how do you balance all of that when you're swimming, cycling and running in the same week?

Common frustrations we hear include:
- I train a lot, but I'm not sure I'm training effectively.
- I'm doing three sports and don't know how to balance them properly.”
- I keep getting injured or health concerns interupt my progress.
- I struggle to fit strength around my endurance training.
- I've downloaded training plans before, but they don't adapt when life or training changes.
- I want expert programming rather than guessing what session to do next.

Choose the level of support that matches your goals, confidence and lifestyle
Every SEPSA OnTheGo pathway is individualised. This first step helps make sure your plan is built around where you are now, not where a generic program assumes you should be.
The difference between packages is the level of support, accountability, communication and guidance you need.
Some people simply need a clear plan and light accountability. Others need closer support, more regular communication or greater guidance around health conditions, pain, confidence and consistency.

Every SEPSA OnTheGo pathway begins with an initial Exercise Physiology assessment
This helps us understand your health history, goals, current capacity, confidence, barriers and the type of support you need.

FAQs
Common questions we’re asked around referrals.
No. Your program begins with an individual assessment and is built around your event, experience, health, injury history, schedule, equipment and current capacity. It is then reviewed and progressed with human coaching support.
SEPSA commonly works with runners, cyclists, triathletes, open-water swimmers and multisport athletes. Suitability depends less on the label and more on whether SEPSA can appropriately support the demands of your goal.
Yes. Strength and conditioning can be built into the overall plan so it supports the endurance work rather than being treated as an unrelated extra.
Often, yes. Exercise Physiology and rehabilitation considerations can be integrated when appropriate. Some presentations need in-person assessment, medical review or collaboration with another treating professional before online coaching is the right option.
The rhythm of review, communication and feedback depends on the support tier you choose. All tiers should make the next training priorities clear; the comparison page explains the exact inclusions.
No. Coaching can be appropriate for a first event, a return after time away or a competitive performance goal. The program starts from your current capacity, not an assumed level.
Pricing covers an initial assessment and onboarding period, followed by weekly options depending on the level of support you choose. Current inclusions, pricing and terms are shown on the SEPSA On-The-Go page.
You can still use SEPSA On-The-Go, or combine online programming with in-person Exercise Physiology or Athlete Development where that adds value. The intake process will help determine the best fit.
