Cancellation Policy

OBJECTIVES & BACKGROUND

a) Sports & Exercise Physiology SA (SEPSA) is committed to providing the best service in a professional and considerate manner.

b) Unfortunately, if cancelling without notice or a client does not show to their appointment it prevents SEPSA from providing a valued service to another person. Therefore, this policy has been put in place to help keep the mutual respect of time and service of all involved. It explains the process to cancel a scheduled appointment and any fees involved if not abided by.

c) At SEPSA we are committed to being transparent with our approach and in turn also being upfront about costs when engaging our services.

d) We are aware that extenuating circumstances can arise and these situations will be taken on case by case.

CANCELLATION PROCESS

a) As an Allied health service we know that situations can arise in which a person may need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Due to limited availability, we do require adequate notice to enable us to open this appointment time to our waitlist.

b) To cancel your appointment please either:

  i. Phone: 0437 733 563; or

 ii. Email: info@sepsa.com.au.

c) We require a minimum of 12 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If cancellation is made after this window the full fee of your scheduled appointment will apply. If you do not show for your appointment the full fee will of the scheduled appointment will also apply.
